looking to move somewhere new while training with one of the world’s best customer service company. The very first step to earn an internship or college program (there is even a culinary program and an international program), like any other job, is to apply. The application process is about 45 minutes to an hour, with a series of assessment questions. These questions ask about your experience, what roles you prefer, and like most job applications, a personal assessment. If you answer correctly, you are chosen for a second “online interview”, which is basically hypothetical situational questions. Again, if you are selected, you are given a phone interview with a representative from the Disney College Program. In this 30 minute interview, the interviewer gets a feel of your personality, and the interviewee speaks of what roles are top on his priority list. In a couple more weeks, your role is revealed to you. You do not actually discover the location of your role until orientation.
